Welcome back parents and children.
We hope you had a good holiday and had a restful break especially with the Bank holidays and the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Did you have any street parties near you?
We are going to continue with our planting and growth topic. We shall be learning a new story called The Enormous Turnip and we shall be ordering numbers to 10.
Please send your child to school with a water bottle every day and their reading book bags.
See you all on Tuesday.
Mrs Hussain and Miss Williams.
English - Listen to the story below and answer the questions.
What did the old man plant? What happened to the seeds? Why couldn’t the old man pull the turnip out? Who helped the old man pull the turnip out? What did the old woman do with the turnip?
