We hope you have been enjoying the weather. Remember to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated whether you are inside or outside.
Today we are going to do some mathematics, we will be focusing on subtracting 2-digit numbers. You will need your home learning book to write in.

We hope you enjoyed completing the activities yesterday. Today we are going to use our comprehension skills to answer some questions and complete some tessellation patterns.
ANSWERS TO COMPREHENSION QUESTIONS.
1. Jack liked building castles.
2. Jack wanted to be a king of of a real castle.
3. Jack met a girl.
4. Water came in through the door.

6. In real life Jack wouldn't be the king of a real castle and people wouldn't change in to mermaids.
7. For this question you can have any sensible answer. You may have had some of the ideas below:
Jack may wake up and find that it was all a dream.
Jack escapes from the castle and can't find his way back home.
Jack swims away with the mermaids to a far away land.

We hope you are well. Did you manage to remember all your 2d and 3d shapes? We hope you did and enjoyed the activity yesterday. Today we are going to do some English, we are going to watch the video clip below called caterpillar shoes and answer some questions about the video. Activity 1
Answer these questions about the video, you can talk about them to a family member before writing down your answers. Remember to write your answers in full sentences using a capital letter, finger spaces and a full stop. You can watch the video as many times as you need to.

Activity 2
Choose one of the creatures from caterpillar shoes and draw them with a pair of shoes. The shoes can be a design of your choice. Write a sentence underneath to say what the shoes will do or how it will help your creature.
The answers to the questions will be up at 4pm today.
Remember to do some physical activity and get out in the fresh air; this week is supposed to be filled with sunshine, so the perfect time to get out.
