Here you will find everything we are learning in RE.
As a school we follow Discovery RE which is an enquiry approach to RE.
Each year group has an Owl. Ours is Abby. Her name means wisdom.

Today we listened to the story of Creation. We know Christians believe God created the world in 7 days. We then worked together to discuss and sequence the events.
We looked at pictures of the natural world and discussed what Christians believe. They believe that God created everything. We shared our thoughts about how God would like us to treat his creation. We wrote a list together.
Meeting Abby the Owl
During our 1st RE lesson. We talked about creation. Miss Kettridge damaged Miss Masterson's creation. This made her feel really sad. We talked about how I should have looked after it, even if it wasn't my creation.
We made comparisons to how God might feel about how people treat his creation.
