On Shrove Tuesday, Year 2 followed instructions to make pancakes and then we ate them! Delicious!
Science - Healthy Eating. We made a 'balanced' sandwich by including carbohydrates, proteins and fruit & vegetables. DELICIOUS!
As part of our Curriculum Focus Days, we had a NUMBER INVESTIGATION DAY on Friday 31st January 2020. Look at our pictures, some activities and what the children said about their number investigation day in Year 2.
We went to Canals and Rivers Trust to learn about water safety, canal locks and what it was like to live in a Victorian Canal boat.
A group of children read a book called Pop, Pop, Pop! We decided to make popcorn to see if ours would go Pop, Pop, Pop! Guess what...they did! They tasted delicious!
We visited our Forest School and our teacher read us a story in the circular seating area. Later we wrote a recount about our visit!
