Maths representing 4 digit numbers

We are learning about Aztec printing. We’ve explored Aztec designs in historical artefacts to inform our final designs.

We are a ‘Rights Respecting’ school which means that we value and respect the Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC). Below, is our class charter that demonstrates the articles from the CRC that resonate with us as a class.

Pupils have been working hard to make it onto our recognition board!

We have been working on our newspaper report linked to ‘Charlie and The Chocolate Factory’. We have tried to use fronted adverbials and focused on using the correct punctuation in our writing.

We are working on growing our minds in maths by developing a positive growth mindset!

First week back! We had a super fun week. We have been using our new maths scheme, 'Power Maths' to learn about place value. We enjoyed using lots of concrete materials and played times tables games.
